摘　　要：在分析体育产业投资基金特点的基础上,着重研究了体育产业投资基金的组建形式、募集方式、资金来源、资本构成、投资对象、营运框架和信息披露等核心问题,试图探索和拓展新的体育融资渠道。Based on analyzing character of investment fund of sports industry, this paper pays close attention to construction and collecting model ,fund resource ,capital structure ,investment object ,operation frame and information disclosure. The main purpose is to explore and develop new financial channels of sports.
