摘　　要：ARGO浮标是用于建立全球海洋观测网的一种专用测量设备。本文基于XML技术,设计了一个ARGO数据交换原型系统,以Internet为数据交换平台、XML为数据中介,实现了一种海洋数据的集成和交换关键技术方法。ARGO floats is a kind of measuring appliance for the special purpose of building the global ocean observation net. In this paper, a prototype system for ARGO data exchange is discussed. The sysytem was designed based on the XML technology, taking internet as the data exchange platform and XML as the data medium, which brings about a key technology of marine data integration and exchange.
