摘　　要：提出了海洋监测即时服务的框架,并对该框架下的海洋监测即时服务应用系统的设计概要、系统组成和功能做了介绍。依据该框架研发即时服务应用系统在多个台站和终端用户得到应用,系统运行良好,为海洋监测信息的即时服务提供了保障。The effective management of marine environment, the sustainable utilization of marine resources, and the improvement of the quality of life rely on the fast observation of the changes in the marine environment and biological resource. To achieve this needs the real-time services of marine observation. This paper proposes a framework of real-time services of marine observation,and then, according to this framework, we havedeveloped and managed the real-time service application system in the East China Sea Forecast Center.
