摘  要:电解电容是现代电力电子系统中用量多,体积大,可靠性差,寿命短的最薄弱环节。提出用并联有源电力滤波器代替电解电容作为谐波发生器,加在逆变器直流侧,抵消逆变器产生的谐波,实现电解电容的硅解。采用开关函数分析了电压源SPWM逆变器在非平衡负载情况下直流侧输入电流的谐波成分。应用模糊逻辑控制和滞环控制实现电流型有源滤波器的控制,使有源滤波器输出补偿谐波电流,同时使有源滤波器直流侧滤波电感电流保持恒定。系统实现DSP全数字化控制,提高了系统的可靠性和可维护性。仿真和实验结果表明控制方案正确、可行,补偿效果良好。Electrolytic capacitors are the most popular devices, but have larger size, poor reliability and poor shelf life,so they are the weakest link in modern power electronic systems. A shunt active power filter (APF) as harmonic generator taken to the de link of the inverter eliminates harmonic wave generated by the inverter in this paper. The harmonic currents at inverter input terminals are analyzed by means of switching functions for the voltage source SPWM inverter with unbalanced loads.Control is mixed by Fuzzy logic control and hysteresis control and uses the digital signal processor. The value of dc-link inductance current in the APF kept invariableness by this method, which made APF generate the harmonics current compensated accurately. The system is investigated analytically as well as experimentally. The obtained results are presented and discussed to prove the effectiveness of the design and control strategy.
