摘  要:本文报道利用微量移液枪头制备碳纤维微电极。扫描电镜结果表明:该法不仅可得到密封效果良好、截面光滑的微盘或微柱电极,而且电极的高韧性的特点能够保证其在使用过程中不易被折断。电极的伏安响应及单细胞测定实验进一步表明,该电极电化学性能优良,噪声低、响应快速、灵敏度高,能满足单细胞检测及其它微环境分析的要求。A facile and low-cost method was reported for fabricating carbon fiber microelectrodes with micro pipette tips. SEM results showed that a well-sealed disk or cylinder microelectrode was conveniently obtained with this method, and the cross-section of the electrode tip was sufficiently smooth. The high flexibility arising from the polypropylene sheath made the tip of the electrode not easily broken during usage. The voltammetric response of the electrode for potassium fericyanide and epinephrine solution demonstrated that the electrochemical performance of the electrode was satisfying. The experiment for amperometric detection of secretion from individual Chromaffin cells further demonstrated that the low-noise, rapid response-time and high-sensitivity of the electrode was promising for single-cell analysis and application in other micro-environment.
