摘　　要：本文在详细分析近年来我国农村劳动力转移就业基本情况的基础上,进一步分析了农村劳动力转移就业环境所发生的积极变化,同时剖析了阻碍农村劳动力转移就业的因素,进而提出了推动农村劳动力转移就业的政策建议。The paper discusses the transformation of labors from rural to urban areas and their employment thereafter. In addition, the author analyses the changes in the environments of rural labor’s employment and the elements hindering rural labors from their transformation and employment. Some suggestions are made to push the above shifts forward in future
