肠炎灵保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎29例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨溃疡性结肠炎的有效治疗方法．采用自拟肠炎灵保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎29例．并与甲硝唑加锡类散30例及甲硝唑加庆大霉素30例保留灌肠作对照．经1个月治疗．治疗组在临床疗效、肠镜下肠黏膜变化及肠黏膜组织病理学变化方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）．且无任何毒副作用。Self-prescribed Chang Yan Ling（a decoction of thaditional Chinese Materia Medica applied in retention enema）was applied in 29 cases with ulcerative colitis（group A）,and the therapeutic results of which were compared with that of metronidazole plus Xileisang applied in 30 cases（group B）and with that of metronidazole plus gentamycin applied also in 30 cases（group C）. All these patients received their corresponding treatment for one month. As results, such indexes as clinical therapeutic effect.colonoscopie improvement of intestinal mucosa and the pathological change of the tissues of the intestinal mucosa in group A were better than that in group B and group C（ P〈0. 01）. What was more. the self-prescribed decoction was of no toxic ＆ side effect.
