③结果实验2~6周,B组血压和心率明显高于A组(t=2.91~7.74,P〈0.01);B组与A组比较,血清GLU、INS及血浆ET-1等指标均明显升高(t=2.95~7.01,P〈0.01),而血清NO降低(t=3.01,P〈0.01)。 Objective To investigate the effects of high sucrose feeding on blood pressure, glucose, serum insulin and nitric oxide, and plasma endothelin-1 in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group(Group A, n=12) and sucrose group(Group B, n=12). The rats in Group B were given 120g/L sucrose dissolved in drinking water for six weeks. Systolic blood pressure, heart rate and body weight were measured weekly. Blood samples were taken on the last day. The serum glucose, insulin, nitric oxide and plasma endothein 1 were measured. Results The rats in Group B exhibited hypertension and tachycardia compared with Group A from the second week to the end of the experiment(t=2.91-7.74,P〈0.01). Compared with the rats in Group A, those in Group B exhibited elevated hyperglycermia, hyperinsulin, and plasma ET-1(t=2.95-7.01,P〈0.01) but lower serum NO(t=3.01, P〈0.01). Conclusion Hypertension can be induced by high sucrose feeding in SD rats, whose mechanism is related with elevated hyperinsulin and ET-1 and lower NO.
