摘　　要：根据矿用隔爆兼本质安全型组合磁力控制站的工作原理,以PLC为中央控制单元,研制了组合开关的测控系统。该系统能自动转换控制方式,具有短路、过载、断相、漏电、欠压、过压、过热等保护功能,通过大屏幕液晶显示器,可记录并显示磁力控制站的工作和故障状态。重点阐述了测控系统的设计思想、工作原理、硬件构成和软件框图,讨论了测控系统干扰信号的来源及其防治措施。In order to realize the intelligent control of flameproof and intrinsically safe combined vacuum switchgear, the intelligent control system of the combined vacuum switchgear is developed based on programmable logic controller in this paper. This system have a number of protective features, such as short circuit protection,over- current protection, open phase protection, leakage protection, over voltage protection,under voltage protection, temperature protection and so on.The operation condition and fault parameters of combined vacuum switchgear can be displayed through large liquid crystal display device.Much more attention is paid to its design philcsophy,operation principle, hardware block diagram and software flowchart.Additionally, the interference signal of the system and anti - interference measures are also discussed in the paper.
