甘蓝型杂交油菜黔油15号的选育

摘　　要：利用引进的波里马不育材料与黔油低芥一号优株进行测交和回交,育成胞质不育系7005A和保持系7005B,与恢复系7005C测配,得到强优势组合黔杂7005。贵州省区域试验平均单产164.95 kg/667m2,比对照油研七号增产18.19%;贵州省生产试验平均单产136.33 kg/667m2,较对照油研七号增产15.47%。全国(长江上游区)油菜区试两年平均单产154.48 kg/667m2,比对照中油821增产19.18%;全国(长江上游区)油菜生产试验平均单产129.96 kg/667m2,比对照中油821增产6.92%。于2002年通过贵州省农作物品种审定命名为黔油15号,2003年11月通过全国审定。适宜长江上游区以及邻近相同生态区域油菜适宜区种植。The ternory hybrid of rape Qianyou 15 combined from 7005A（cytoplasmic sterile line）, 7005B（cytoplasmic maintainer line） and 7005C（restorer line） selected from Polima cms×single plant of Qianyou 1 with lower erucic content. The average yields of Qianyou 15 in Guizhou regional test and production test are 2474. 25 kg/ha and 2044.95 kg/ha, 18. 19% and15.47% higher than Youyan 7 respectively. The average yields of Qianyou 15 in national regional test and production test （the upper reaches of Yangtse River） are 2317.20 kg/ha and 1 949.40 kg/ha, 19.18% and 6.92% higher than Zhongyou 821 separately, It was examined and released by Guizhou Committee of Crops Variety Examination in 2002 and by National Committee of Crops Variety Examination in Sept. 2003, which is suitable to plant in the upper reaches of Yangtse River and other relative ecological areas.
