摘　　要：市售蜜环菌种经活化和优化培养后作为母种,进行原种培养基组分筛选试验,再将所选培养基培养的原料进行生产种培养效果比较试验。结果表明:50%阔叶木屑+20%米糠+10%麦麸+10%玉米砂+2%KH2PO4+0.7%MgSO4+0.03%VB1+7%白糖+2%马铃薯煮水原种培养基培养的菌种用于培养生产种,与PDA培养基培养的菌种直接用于培养生产种相比,培养时间缩短10 d,降低生产成本约50%,且菌种各项生育指标均优。The commercial Amillarise mellea which has been activated and optimized to be a stock for the study on medium components of origional spawn, then a comparing experiment on the effects of different medium components for culturing spawn of Amillarise mellea were carried out, The results showed., the quality of the spawn which cultured by using the pre-culture spawn was better than that of using the spawn culture; the time was shorten 10 days and the cost was reduced 50%.
