摘 要:对柠条Caraganamicrophylla采取不同处理,处理结果以氨化处理营养成分最好,粗蛋白(CP)含量高达12.03%,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)81.72%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)56.69%,木质素(ADL)含量最低,为21.02%;生化处理1CP最低,为11.27,生化处理2ADL含量最高,为21.95。氨化柠条瘤胃内降解率都高于其他不同处理,干物质(DMD)为29.36%,粗蛋白(CPD)为56.62%,比未处理高18.23个百分点,氨化柠条CP降解率最高,比对照组CP降解率提高了45.0%,ADL降解率为35.58。生化处理2降解效果在生化处理组中最好。在灰色系统下,对不同处理柠条营养成分、瘤胃降解率指标进行分析,建立处理效果评价模型,综合评价处理结果仍是氨化处理效果最好。As Caragana microphylla accepts different treatments, ammonia treatment has the best nutritive effect, CP content is as high as 12.03%, NDF 81.72%, ADF 56. 69%, and ADL content minimum 21.02%; CP minimum is 11.27 for biochemical treatment 1; ADL content is the highest,21.95, for biochemical treatment 2. Ammonia Caragana's degradation rate in turnout stomach is higher than other treatments, DMD is 29.36 percent, CPD is 56. 62 percent, 18. 23 percent higher than non ammonia treatments, ammonia Caraganars CP degradation rate is the highest, 45.0 percent higher than the control, ADL degradation rate is 35.58. Degradation effect of biochemical treatment 2 is the best in the group of biochemical treatments. Under condition of grey system, analyze the nutrition composition and turnout stomach degradation rate index for different Caragana treatments, establish treatment evaluation model, ammonia treatment is still the best of the comprehensive evaluation of all treatments.
