摘 要:目的探讨病理性黄疸对新生儿心肌的影响。方法对55例病理性黄疸的新生儿和同期30例生理性黄疸的新生儿的血清心肌肌钙蛋白-I(CTn—I)和心肌酶进行同步检测,将病理性黄疸组标本做成溶血标本, 并将实验资料进行统计学分析。结果新生儿病理性黄疸组CTn—I阳性率92.7%(51/55),生理性黄疸组3.33% (1/30),两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。病理性黄疸组心肌酶及同工酶活性均有不同程度的升高,两组比较有显著差异(P均<0.01)。溶血后与溶血前心肌酶比较均有显著差异。结论病理性黄疸可产生新生儿心肌损伤,临床应加强心肌保护和心肌损伤的治疗。Objective: To investigate the effect of pathological jaundice on neonatal myocardium. Methods: Cardiac troponin I (CTn-I) and activities of cardiac enzymes in blood serum were synchronously measured in 5.5 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice(treatment group) and 30 cases of neonatal physiological jaundice(control group). In treatment group,examples were made to be hemolysis. The laboratory data of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results:The positive rates of CTn-I were 92.7% (51/55) in treatment group arid 3.33%(1/30) in control group. The variance was significant between the two groups (P 〈0.01). The activities of serum myocardium enzymes and isozyme in treatment group were markedly higher than those in control group(P〈0.01).And the variance was significant between pre-bematolysis and post-hematolysis in treatment group. Conclusion: The neonatal pathological jaundice can result in myocardial damage. In clinic we should strengthen myocardial preservation and therapy in myocardial damage.
