摘 要:建立了毛细管电泳高频电导法检测鼠药氟乙酸钠的分析方法。优化了电泳分离检测条件,以2.5nmol/LNa2B4O7+0.5mmol/LHAc+0.1mmol/LCTAB+φ=5%乙醇溶液体系为分离介质,在反向电泳分离电压-16kV时,氟乙酸钠峰形良好。该法在5-250μg/mL范围内,线性相关系数r为0.998,检出限为3μg/ml(S/N=3)。不同添加浓度水平的谷粒样本,日间和日内RSD均小于5%,回收率均在95%以上,方法高效、快速、灵敏,适于法医和临床中毒急救中的鼠药的快速分析。A rapid method was built for the determination of sodium fluoroacetate in grains by capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection (contactless conductivity detection). With optimized running buffer of 2.5 mmol/L Na2B4O7+0.5 mmol/L HAc + 0.1 mmol/L CTAB+φ = 5% ethanol, the sodium fluoroacetate in the grain samples were well separated and detected at a reverse voltage of-16 kV. The correlation coefficient of sodium fluoroacetate was 0.998 in the range of 5-250μg/mL, and the limit of detection (LOD) was 3μg/mL (S/N=3). The coefficients of variation for both intra-day and inter-day were less than 5% and the recoveries were better than 95% at various spiked levels. The method is simple, effective and sensitive, it could be used in forensic medicine and clinical drug monitoring for rapid analysis of sodium fluoroacetate.
