摘　　要：近年,国际银行业全能化发展的趋势进一步加强。从金融系统有效发挥其基本功能的角度,阐示银行业全能化发展的内在逻辑,进而说明中国国有商业银行也应当走向全能化的发展道路。In recent years, the trends of universal banking become more and more obvious. The essay is trying to describe the intrinsic logic of the development of the universal banking from the functional perspective of the financial systems. Furthermore, the essay points out that the universal banking is a correct pattern for Chinese national commercial banks.
