相变热水器在低温烟气余热回收中的作用分析

摘　　要：分析了在余热回收装置中，低温烟气腐蚀金属壁面的原因，讨论了普通省煤器及热管式省煤器的腐蚀特性，论述了相变热水器抗低温烟气腐蚀的机理，指出相变热水器在低温烟气余热回收中具有相当显著的作用。The authors make an analysis of the corrosion of the metal wall caused by the low-temperature flue gas in the waste heat recovery apparatus,deals with the corrosive characterstics of the ordinary coal-saver and heat tube coal saver,expounds the anti-corrosive mechanism for the phase vvater heater a-gainst low-temperature flue gas and finally point out the satisfactory efficiency of the phase water heater in waste heat recovery form low-temperature flue gas.
