压滤机过滤板成型工艺设计

摘　　要：针对某厂生产的改性聚丙烯过滤板存在的质量问题,提出了新的过滤板成型工艺。对原材料的干燥与配混,挤出造粒,过滤板模压时的预热、保压、固化、脱模及后处理等工艺进行了详尽的说明。通过此工艺加工过滤板,产品质量有明显提高,且大大降低了成本。现场试验表明,该工艺生产的过滤板有较好的使用性能。Aiming at the quality problems of modified polypropylene （PP） filter plates in a certain factory, a new forming technology is put forward. The drying and blending of raw materials, the extruding and priUing process, the mould pressing and posttreatment and so on are elaborated. The product quality is obviously improved and the cost is greatly decreased by using this new technology. The autoptic results show that the filter plates produced by this technology have good performance.
