摘　　要：坚持以人为本,营造团结和谐的内部环境,促进图书馆管理者之间、工作人员之间、职能部门之间的相互沟通与协作,培养工作人员的归属感,增强图书馆的凝聚力,保证图书馆各项任务顺利完成。We should insist on people oriented, build internal environment of unity and harmony, promote communicating with each other and cooperating among library administrators, working people and functional departments, train sense of belonging of working people, strengthen library cohesion, make sure all kinds of tasks be smoothly finished.
