摘　　要：介绍了一种采用PLC的开关量输入、输出模块控制变频器进行多级有级调速的方式,该技术可用于A186D型高速梳棉机道夫传动系统的技术改造,获得了较高的性价比与经济效益。A new method of multi and step-speed change by using PLC controlled switching model converter was introduced, it was developed to update the technology in doffer drive system of A186D high-speed carding machine. The higher cost performance and economic benefits were gained.
