摘　　要：作为一种新兴的企业战略管理模式,绿色供应链管理越来越受到政府、企业及学术界的高度重视。本文讨论了绿色供应链管理的发展与内涵界定、研究内容以及绿色供应链管理与企业绩效之间的关系等,以期为企业实施从供应链管理战略模式到绿色供应链管理战略模式的转变提供决策支持。As a new strategy, green supply chain management（GSCM） has attracted more attention fromenterprises, government and academia. To provide some decision- making support for a company implementing a new srategic transformation from supply chain management to GSCM, this paper introduces and analyzes several aspects on GSCM such as the development trend, definition, content and relationship with corporate performance. In the end, it provides several suggestions on how to carry out GS- CM for Chinese manufactures.
