摘　　要：在分析企业孵化器的职能及其经营活动的特点的基础上,构建了关于企业孵化器经营能力的评价指标体系,并给出了一种模糊评价方法。该方法为了解企业孵化器的优势与劣势并强化孵化器的功能提供了一种分析工具。最后通过一个算例来说明了提出方法的应用。On the basis of analyzing the functions of business incubator and the traits of its management activities, an evaluation guidelines system for the management capability of the business incubator has been formed. The system has given an intangible evaluation method. This method provides an analyzing tool to learn the strengths and weaknesses of business incubator as well as strengthening the functions of business incubator. Application of the above method is further explained through a numeral sample.
