廊坊地区高血压住院患者25年患病率分析

摘　　要：目的通过总结分析近25年廊坊地区高血压(EH)患病情况,以探讨积极降压治疗的临床价值和社会意义.方法设计统计表,将每份病历的详细内容,包括患者的年龄、性别、入院时血压、心率、既往史、危险因素,实验室检查结果等归纳到一张统计表上,进行分析论证.结果三个时间段相比,EHⅢ级的患者所占比例逐年减少(P＜0.001,P＜0.05),收缩期高血压或临界性高血压患者在2000年～2004年比例增多(P＜0.001),入院时收缩压、舒张压水平降低.危险因素中有EH、心脑血管病家族史者在2000年～2004年减少(P＜0.001).EH患病率呈逐年升高趋势(P＜0.001).结论廊坊地区近25年EH患病率在逐年上升,可见进一步强化EH防治是重要而艰巨的课题.Objective To study the progress of treatment of patients with hypertension and the social significance of antihypertensive therapy, the prevalence of hypertension were analyzed. Methods 2 500 patients with hypertension were analyzed retrospectively during 1980 - 1984, 1990- 1994 and 2000- 2004, all of patients were treated at the Department of cardiology in Tianjin Medical University Affiliated Petroleum Hospital. The questionnaire included patien age, sex, admitted pressure level and Heart rate, past history, risk factors, laboratory examination and so on. Then, clinical data were collected according to each element studied. The comparable data were analyzed statistically. Results During the three periods, the percentage of hypertension at the third stage were decreased （ P〈 0. 001 ）. The percentage of isolated systolic hypertension and borderline hypertension were increased （P 〈 0. 001） during 2000--2004. The level of admitted systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were decreasing trend. The percentage of hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular inhibitants were decreased （P〈 0. 001） during 2000-2004. The prevalence of hypertension in this survey was increased obviously （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion In The last twenty-five years, the prevalence rate of hypertension was progressively increased.
