摘　　要：我国《票据法》中有关追索权行使要件的规定存在着诸多问题,立法的缺陷妨碍了票据追索权的行使。从不单纯承兑的效力、票据的使用范围、票据的参加制度及拒绝证明的作成期限四个方面,探讨了票据追索权行使要件的立法完善问题。There exist quite a few problems in the stipulations of the exercising procondition of recourse in our Bill Law . The deficiency of legislation hinders the exercising of recoure . The article mainly discusses the issues as following： the validity of non-absolute acceptance ; the applying scope of the bill using;the participating system of bill, and the time limit for protest.
