痹祺胶囊对类风湿关节炎细胞因子影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效并分析其作用机制。[方法]将120例患者随机分为痹祺胶囊治疗组60例和甲氨喋呤对照组60例,治疗前后作对比观察。[结果]痹祺胶囊能明显降低RA患者血清中异常升高的白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),与临床症状、体征等方面的改善平行。治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为51.67%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]痹祺胶囊可改善类风湿性关节炎的关节及全身病变,存在抑制RA关节损伤的作用。[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of BiQi capsule on rheumatoid arthritis and analyze its mechanism. [Methods] One hundred and twenty patients were divided equally into the BiQi capsule group and Methotresate group randomly. Comparative observation of the clinical curative effect was performed before and after treatment. [Result] BiQi capsule may markedly decrease the level of IL-1 and TNF-α and the effect was parallel to the improvement of patient＇s clinical symptoms and physical signs. The total effective rate in treatment group was 80.00%, and in control group 51.67%. There was a significantly difference in the total effective rate between two groups（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] BiQi capsule may improve the joint and systemic pathological changes in rheumatoid arthritis and inhibit the joint damage.
