高效液相色谱法测定枸杞子中氨基酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定枸杞子中氨基酸含量的高效液相色谱方法,并测定不同产地枸杞子中氨基酸的含量。方法HypersilAAODS色谱柱(2.1mm×200mm5μm),A液与B液溶剂系统梯度洗脱,检测波长330nm,柱温40℃。结果不同产地枸杞子中氨基酸的含量与氨基酸种类有较大差别。线性范围12.5～50pmol/μl,平均回收率在96.3%～103.8%之间。结论该方法快捷、稳定、重复性好,可用于枸杞子及其制剂中氨基酸含量的测定。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of amino acid in Lycium barbarum L.Methods：The chromatographic column was Hypersil AA-ODS （2.1 mm×200 mm, 5/μm）,gradient elution using A and B solvent system, UV detection wavelength was 330 nm,the temprature of column wes 40~C. Results： The content and kinds of amino aciare different from different places , the linear ranges was 12. 5 ～ 50 pmol/μl , the average recovery rate was 96.3%～103.8%. Conclusion：This method is fast, reliable and accarate. It can be used for determination of the Lycium barbarum L.
