摘　　要：信息技术的不断发展和企业信息化的逐渐普及,要求企业建立高效信息处理机制来处理海量信息和满足市场多变的需求。同时合同信息又是企业运作的关键信息,而对于大量的合同信息,企业原来的合同信息处理方式已经很难满足需求。这里提出了基于CBR的合同智能分析处理技术,并采用合同分解和合同案例编码方法来表示合同案例,建立了层次结构索引;结合知识库技术对合同案例做出自动的修正。With the continuous development of information technology and the gradual popularizing of enterprise information, enterprises need to build high efficient method to process a mass of information and to meet the variational demands. Moreover, contract information is important to enterprise management, but now the previous means of contract processing can＇t satisfy the demands and a new method is required. An Intelligent contract analysis and processing technology is presented in this paper, where contract decomposition and case coding, hiberarchy index are discussed and knowledge database technology is applied to case revision.
