网点规划决策支持系统的设计思路与技术方案

摘　　要：介绍了基于GIS(GeographicalInformationSystem)的计算机辅助网点规划决策支持系统的规划原则和设计思路,提出了基于供需平衡原则的网点规划技术方案。分析了引入空间效果指标和空间效率指标、规划模型和规划方法、量化复杂的市场供需情况去评价不同区域用户得到相关服务的效果以及各网点提供给相关用户的服务效率。This paper introduced the planning principle and design idea of computer aided web site planning decision-making support system which based on the GIS（Geographical Information System）, and brought forward the technical solution of web site planning based on the principle of the balance of the supply and demand. This paper also analyzed the measurement that using spacial effect index and spacial efficiency index, planning models and measurements, and numbering the complex market supply and demand situation to value the related service effect obtained by users in different areas, and to value the service efficiency provided to related users by various web sites.
