药物冰块用于扁桃体切除术后镇痛的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨扁桃体切除术后局部应用自行研制的药物冰块口含镇痛的疗效。方法本研究分为动物实验和临床实验。临床将扁桃体切除术的患者随机分为两组,实验组66例,采用药物冰块,对照组66例,采用市售雪糕,通过VAS评分来监测服用药物冰块后病人疼痛程度。结果实验组镇痛作用优于对照组,两组差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论药物冰块具有良好的镇痛效果,价格低廉,无异味,安全方便,有良好应用前景。Objective To study the analgesic effect for patients after tonsillectomy by applying medicinal ice. Methods Animal and clinical experiment were conducted. 132 patients with tonsillectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group has 66 cases. Experimental group was given medicinal ice to relieve pain. Control group was treated with ice cream bar only. The patient＇s pain degree in experimental was detected by VAS evaluation. Results Experimental group has better analgesic effect than that of control group. There is significant difference analgesic effect between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Medicinal ice can effectively relieve pain after tonsillectomy. It is safe, convenient and no side-effect. It can be popularized in clinical work.
