摘 要:利用超声制备了无机纳米溶胶CuS/Cu2+,研究了该种纳米粒子的大小和性质,其共振光散射峰λCuS/Cu2+=341nm很强且稳定。发现γ-球蛋白与之结合后共振光散射有很强的增敏现象,为此建立了以CuS/Cu2+无机纳米溶胶为探针的共振光散射法检测γ-球蛋白,此法简单,操作简便,在0·1~1·5mg·L-1范围内呈现较好的线性,检测限为0·0646mg·L-1。Cuprum-enriched cuprum sulfide nanoparticles (CuS/Cu^2+ ) were prepared. The nanoparticles are water-soluble. They could be used as a resonance light scattering(RLS) probe in the determination of human gamma globulin, which was proved to be a simple, rapid and specific method. In comparison with organic dye probes, these nanoparticles probes are brighter, more stable against photobleaehing, and do not suffer from blinking. Under optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of gamma globulin between 0.1 and 1.5mg·L^-1 , and the detection limit is 0.0646mg·L^-1.
