枳砧改良橙黄化与嫁接不亲和性

摘　　要：研究了改良橙在枳砧上黄化问题；描述了黄化症状和嫁接结合部的异常现象。一年生苗黄化率达４９．１０３％，黄化特点和程度不一。黄化程度越高，砧木径粗（ＳＤ）、嫁接结合部径粗（ＧＵＤ）越大，呈正相关关系。相关系数分别为ｒ＿（ＳＤ）＝０．９７６４￣（）ｒ＿（ＧＵＤ）＝０．９０３４￣＊；嫁接结合部增粗与砧木粗度无显著相关关系；黄化的原因认为是嫁接不亲和。The yellowing of Gai Liang orange(Citrus sinensis)on Poncirus trifoliate stock was stud-ied.The symtoms of the leaf yellowing and the anatomic charactedstics of the graft union aredescribed in the paper,The yellowing percentage in one-year tree was 49.13% with differentcharacteristics and degrees of yellowing,There were positive correlation between the yellowingdegree and the diameter of the trifoliate stock、 graft union with correlation coefficients r_(SD)=0.976 4￣(**)and r_(GUD)=0. 903 4￣* respectively。No correlation existed between gtaft union andthe diameter of the stock.Yellowing was considered as a result of graft incompatibiiity。
