摘　　要：以药厂洁净室的温湿度控制为例,设计了一套基于串级控制和分程控制的洁净室温湿度控制系统。该系统不仅适用于药厂洁净室的恒温恒湿控制,也可用于各种制造行业的室内温湿度控制。This paper designed the method of cascade control and sequence control, based on the temperature and humidity control of pharmacy. This system can be used not only in invariable temperature and humidity control of clean rooms, but also in various fabricate trade.
