摘 要:早世代稳定水稻品系是否具有广亲和性一直未得到证实.利用水稻广亲和测验种南京6I、R36、秋光、02428为母本,随机选择4个早世代稳定水稻品系429、950、992、942为父本,考察杂种F1的花粉育性及结实率.结果表明:9504、29、942具有广亲和性,992不具有广亲和特点.早世代稳定水稻的广亲和性具有品系间的差异,在利用这类材料聚合多基因育种中需要对稳定亲本进行选择.The wide-compatibility of early generation stability rice has not been tested till now. Wide-compatibility rice lines Nanjing 6, IR36, Qiuguang and 02428 were crossed with early generation stability rice lines 429,950, 992,942, and then pollen fertilities and F1 hybrid fertilities were observed in this experiment. The results showed that early generation stability rice lines 950, 429 and 942 possessed wide-compatibility characteristics, but 992 did not. The compatibility of early generation stability rice was different between varieties. Early generation stability parents should be selected for rice breeding to polymerize multi-genes.
