摘  要:探讨了温州半岛浅滩工程中淤泥质地基的加固方法,认为土壤固化剂加固法因造价低、工期短,是一种较好的方法.通过对取自工程场地的淤泥质土进行土壤固化剂加固室内试验,确定了土壤固化剂的最佳掺入量,并在不同含水量、不同气温下,对不同龄期的固化土进行了无侧限抗压强度试验,结果显示:土壤固化剂掺入量为6%时,固化土的强度达到了底基层填料强度要求,当土壤固化剂掺入量为10%~12%时,固化土的强度达到地基承载力要求;气温下降10℃使固化土强度下降15%~40%,强度下降幅度随固化剂掺入量提高而减小;含水量减少5.8%,固化土的强度提高8%左右;不浸水养生条件下,固化土的强度是浸水养生时的1.5倍左右.根据室内试验结果进一步分析该加固技术的2种实施方法,一是取海中淤泥质土与土壤固化剂搅拌均匀后,直接填入加固区域,在水下进行施工;二是在四周封闭的情况下,先吹填淤泥质土,然后用深层搅拌法进行整体加固.Methods of ground treatment of the sea dike foundation in Wenzhou Peninsula Construction Project are discussed. It is concluded that soil stabilization is a good method for its low cost and short construction period. Unconfined compression tests were carried out at different levels of water content, air temperature and age to determine the optimal stabilizer mixing ratio and the properties of strength gain of the stabilized soil. Results are summarized as follows: at the mixing ratio of 6%, the stabilized soil can be used as subbase filling, and at the mixing ratio of 10%-12%, the strength of the stabilized soil attained the bearing capacity of foundation soil. The strength of the stabilized soil decreased by 15%-40% at a temperature drop of 10℃, and the higher the stabilizer mixing ratio was, the less remarkable of the temperature effect would be. A 5.8% decreases in the water content increased the strength of the stabilized soil by 8%. The stabilized soil cured in air was found to have a stabilization strength 1.5 times of the soil cured in sea water. Based on laboratory tests, two construction ways of the soil stabilization were suggested: one is mixing the silt with stabilizer first, followed by casting the stabilizer soil into the subbase of sea dike under sea water; the other one is dredging the silty soil into a close area, followed by reinforcing the suhbase and the foundation soil as a whole by deep mixing.
