灵异胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：观察灵异胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。将44例患者随机分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组(24例)加服灵异胶囊治疗;对照组(20例)加服甲钴胺治疗。疗程8周。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组和对照组均能改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,改善患者感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和运动神经传导速度(MCV)(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组之间无显著差异。结论:灵异胶囊可改善糖尿病神经病变患者的疼痛、异样感等临床症状,改善患者的神经传导运度。To observe the clinical effects of “Lingyi Capsule” in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neumpathy, 44 cases were randomized into two groups and treated by routine therapy. In addition, 24 cases in treatment group were treated “Lingyi Capsule” and 20 cases in control group were treated by Methycobal, with a course of 8 weeks. Results： After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved obviously（ P 〈0.05 ） ; sensory conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity increased （ P 〈0.05 ） , with no difference between two groups. It is indicated that this Capsule is effective to improve clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity.
