生血宝颗粒对缺铁性贫血大鼠模型铁吸收利用影响的实验研究

摘　　要：研究生血宝颗粒治疗缺铁性贫血的药理作用基础。采用低铁饲料饲养加失血方法制备大鼠缺铁性贫血模型,以硫酸亚铁所含铁元素为标准,使生血宝颗粒各组含有与硫酸亚铁组等量的铁元素分别进行治疗。观察记录各组血色素和全血铁恢复情况,计算铁的相对生物吸收利用率。结果:在铁剂服用量相等的情况下,与硫酸亚铁组比较,生血宝使模型动物血色素及全血铁恢复的作用明显增强。低、中、高剂量的生血宝分别较单纯硫酸亚铁组铁的相对吸收利用率提高了10%、7%和13%。结论:生血宝可促进铁的吸收利用、提高全血铁的含量,适用于治疗缺铁性贫血。To study the basic pharmacological action of “Shengxuebao Granule” in treating iron-deficiency anemia, iron element contained in ferrous sulfate as standard, rats irondeficiency anemia prepared by low-iron feed and blood loss were treated by “Shengxuebao Granule” or ferrous sulfate. The recovery of hematochrome and whole blood were observed arat recorded, iron absorption and usage rate were calculated. Results：The effect of recovery of whole blood and hematochname in rats could be enhanced significantly by “Shengxuebao Granule” as eotupared with the ferrous sulfate group as the same dose of chulybeate taken in the two groups. The relative absorption and usage rate of low, medium and high dose of “Sbengxueban Granule” were respectively raised 10% .7% and 13% as compared with the ferrous sulfate group. Conelusion：“Shengxueban Granule” had the effects of promoting iron absorption and usage, recovery of whole blood in rats of iron-defieieney anemia, so the Granule has better basis of pharmacogical action for treating iron-defi-ciency anemia.
