摘 要:根据利文斯顿爆破能量平衡准则,在一次爆破成井的应用现场进行了系列单孔爆破漏斗试验以及变孔距的多孔同段爆破漏斗试验,并在装药孔附近按不同的间距布置空孔,以观察实际爆破时的装药孔与平行空孔之间的间距关系;对2种炸药爆破漏斗试验结果的爆破漏斗特性曲线、爆破漏斗体积与炸药埋深及其与漏斗半径关系、爆破漏斗的最佳埋深与临界埋深、爆破漏斗的炸药单耗等内容进行了分析研究。据此确定了与矿岩条件相匹配的炸药类型,得到了试验地段一次爆破成井试验的相关参数选取依据。According to Livingston's blasting energy balance law, a series of blasting crater tests were made in single hole and in multi-holes at the same row with variable spacing in the field of shaft excavation by one blasting. Empty holes were arranged around the charged holes with different spacing to observe the spacing relationship between the charged holes and parallel empty holes in real blasting. Based on the blasting crater test results with two kinds of explosives, investigation was made on the blasting crater curve, the relationship of the crater volume with the charge embeded depth and with the crater radius and the crater best depth and critical depth and unit explosive consumption. Based on this, the explosive type that matched the ore rock conditions was determined and the basis for selecting the related parameters of the test of shaft excavation by one blasting was obtained.
