摘 要:提出了一种新型的双电机变频调速控制方法,并在此基础上建立了实验系统,采用转速转矩控制算法进行闭环控制,从而有效地提高了该系统的实时性和稳定性。采用交流异步电动机作为模拟负载,并采用并联接线方式,为再生能量提供了回馈路径,达到了节能的目的。在分析差频理论的基础上,得出转速转矩算法,并利用VC编程实现了计算机实时控制,对异步电动机在不同频率不同负载下的运行特性进行了实验研究。理论分析和实验结果表明该系统节能效果显著、实时性好,为深入研究双机系统奠定了基础。A new method to variable frequency speed-governing control of double motors is presented, and the experimental system has been developed in this foundation. The torque speed control algorithm is applied to closed loop control, thus the real-time performance and the stability of this system are effectively enhanced. Ac asynchronous motor is used for simulation load, and the parallel wiring method is selected. So the back coupling way is provided for the regeneration energy, and the energy conservation goal has been achieved. Based on analyzing slip frequency theory, the torque speed control algorithm is obtained, and the computer real-time control has been realized by using the VC programming. The running characteristics of the asynchronous motor that it runs with different frequencies and different loads are researched by experiment. The theoretical analysis and the experimental results indicate the energy-conserving result of this system is remarkable and the real-time performance is good. It establishes the foundation of studying double motors system further.
