摘  要:采用分期播种和不同光照处理研究温光变化对核不育水稻培矮64S雌雄配子育性的影响。结果显示:①在南京(N32°)自然长日高温和短日处理加自然高温条件下,培矮64S均表现为稳定的雄性不育性;②在自然短日低温下,培矮64S花粉可育率逐渐恢复,但难以达到对照LX31S可育性水平;③在培矮64S雄性不育期,高温不仅导致花粉败育,而且对雌配子异交结实性也产生不利影响,但这种影响是不完全的,随着气温的降低,雌配子育性恢复明显早于雄配子育性的恢复。因此推测培矮64S不仅存在雄性可育性恢复的临界温度而且也存在雌性可育性恢复的临界温度,且后者明显高于前者。这种差异为生产中利用培矮64S进行制种提供了依据。鉴于这一依据,在南京安排培矮64S于8月底至9月上旬抽穗制种既可获得较高的纯度又可获得较高的制种产量。Different planting dates and day-length treatment were used to study the influence of temperature and day-length on the fertility of female and male garnetes in Pei-Ai 64S,a photo sensitive genie sterile line of rice (Orize sativa L.). ① Under natural long day-length and in the short day-length (11h) treatment, both with high natural temperatures, Pei-Ai 64S showed sta ble male sterility; ② Under natural short day with low temperatures, the pollen fertility of Pei-Ai 64S was sradually restored, but hardly reached the fertility level of LX 31S (ck);③ During the period of male sterility in Pei-Ai 64S, higher temperatures not only caused pollen abortion, but al so a harmful influence upon cross fertilization. As the temperature decreased, however, the fer tility of female gametes was restored earlier than that of male garnetes. Therefore, it seems that there exist critical temperatures not only for male gametes but also for female garnetes in Pei-Ai 64S to restore fertility and that the critical temperature for the latter must be significantly higher than that for the former. The difference between them supplies a basis for hybrid production by the use of Pei-Ai 64S. According to these results the suitable stage of heading and crossing in hybrid production using Pei-Ai 64S was from late August to early September in Naming, so that both good seed purity and higher seed yield could be achieved.
