摘　　要：随着排球运动不断发展,二传队员在训练和比赛中都显示出越来越重要的地位。因此,排球二传手的培养和选材是排球队建设的重要组成部分。教练员应根据本队的特点,培养具有本队特色的二传队员。With the development of the volleyball movement, the setter plays a more and more important role in each game of the ferial training,so the training and cultivation of the setters is the very important part to form a volleyball team in the match. The coach should bring up their own characteristic setters to the feature of his team.
