心脉通对家兔颈动脉内皮损伤后血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方制剂心脉通胶囊防治经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后再狭窄(RS)作用机制。方法将家兔随机分为心脉通组(A组)、华法林组(B组)、手术对照组(C组)、假手术对照组(D组)、正常对照组(E组)。采用Fishman空气干燥法,建立家兔颈动脉损伤模型,分别于术后3d、7d、14d、21d、28d气栓处死动物,用免疫组化方法观察心脉通对家兔颈动脉内皮损伤后血管平滑肌细胞增殖影响。结果A组、B组、C组均于术后3d在中膜可见少量阳性增殖细胞,7d由中膜向内膜逐渐迁移,14d后增殖细胞明显增加,且A组、B组明显少于C组。结论心脉通可对抗家兔颈动脉内皮损伤后血管平滑肌细胞增殖。Objective To explore the mechanism of Xinmaitong capsule （made up of organic Chinese Herb） preventing and treating restenosis after PTCA. Methods The rabbits were divided into A group （ Xinmaitong group）, B group （Warfarin group ）, C group（ Surgical operation matched control ） group, D group （ False surgical operation matched control group）, E group （ Normal control group） randomly. The carotid endothelium injury model of rabbit was made by Fishman＇ s air - drying method. The rabbits were put to death by air in the third day, the seventh day, the fourteenth day, the twenty - first day, the twenty - eighth day after the operation, To observe the influence of Xinmaitong on the proliferation of blood vessel smooth muscle cell after rabbit carotid endothelium injury. Results In the third day, there was a little amount of proliferation cell in the middle of the vessel velamen among three groups of all, In the seventh day, it moved into the inner of the vessel velamen from the middle of the vessel velamen, In the fourteenth day, the proliferation cell increased obviously. There was no different between the A group and B group（ P 〉0.05）. After 21 days, there were diffeveves siguificant befween group A and group B（ P 〈 0.05 ）, group A and group B（ P 〈 0. 0001 ）,group A and group C（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. After 28 days, there were differences between group and group C（P〈0. 001）,Group A and group B（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xinmaitong can resist the proliferation of bood vessel smooth muscle cell after rabbit carotid endothelium injury.
