摘  要:目的研究同时测定生活饮用水中痕量砷和汞的方法.方法采用AFS-230双道原子荧光分光光度计建立同时测定生活饮用水中痕量砷和汞的方法.结果经多因素研究,当负高压270 V,砷灯电流75mA,辅阴极25 mA,汞灯电流10mA,原子化器高度7mm,炉温200℃时,砷、汞标准曲线r均大于0.999,分别对其高、中、低3个浓度进行6次回收试验,平均加标回收率为95.0%~102.5%;最低检出限砷0.42 ng/m1、汞1.77 ng/ml.结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、快速,干扰少,可实现自动化检测,适用于国家卫生标准关于生活饮用水中砷和汞的测定,便于推广及应用.[Objective] To explore a method for simultaneously detecting arsenic and mercury in drinking water. [Methods] AFS - 230 dual- channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was applied to establish a method for simultaneously detecting arsenic and mercury in drinking water. [ Results] Multi - factor study showed that tire negative high voltage was 270V, arsenic lamp current was 75 mA, complement cathodes was 25 mA, mercury lamp current was l0 mA, atomizer height was 7 ram; when the stove temperature was 200℃, the calibration curves of arsenic and mercury were both alcove 0.999,tile average recovery rate was 95.0% - 102.5%, the lowest detection limit of arsenic was 0.42 ng/ml and that of the mercury was 1.77 ng/ml. [Conclusion] This method is rapid and simple; it can be applied to detect arsenic and mercury according to tire national standard.
