摘　　要：目的探讨加强医学专业大学生医疗法学教育的意义和方法。方法分析国内、自治区及银川市近年来医疗纠纷的发生情况;医疗纠纷呈现的新特点;在医学教育实践中存在的问题和不足。结果在国内医学院校中对医疗法学教育工作重视不够,学生在毕业步入医疗工作中后,存在着只重视对疾病的诊治,缺乏医疗法律知识、缺乏防范医疗纠纷的意识、缺乏自我保护和维权意识。结论要重视和加强医学专业大学生的医疗法学知识和技能的教育培训,要健全相关的组织机构,完善各项制度,制定周密的计划,采用分解形式进行培训,采用案例式教学,重视实践技能的培训;加强医学伦理学教育,调动学生的学习积极性和主观能动性。Objective To investigate the meaning and method of strengthening medical college students education of science of law in medical practice education. Methods To in investigate the extent of leaming and grasping medical - law knowledge among medical college students. Medical disputes have new characteristic in recent years. There exist problems and deficiencies in medical educational practice. Results It is not enongh attention to pay in education of medical - law in the medical colleges. Students just pay attention to treat disease. They lack the medical legal knowledge and the consciousness to avoid medical disputes. They lack the consciousness of self- protection and keeping rights. Conclusion More attention sbould he paid to strengthen the educational training of gaining knowledge and technical ability of medical law of medical college students, to make the relevant organization, each system and careful plan to teach students by real cases, pay more attention to the training of the ability of practice and strengthen medical ethics to education.
