腰椎板截骨原位再植临床应用的远期效果

摘　　要：目的观察椎板截骨再植这一术式在治疗腰椎病变的远期效果。方法通过对采用腰椎截骨再植术后5年以上24例病人临床疗效的信访和12例病人回访临床疗效、X线、CT检查观察椎板截骨再植骨愈合情况。结果临床疗效:优28例,良6例,可2例。截骨再植愈合情况:愈合10例,未愈合2例。结论腰椎椎板截骨原位再植作为治疗腰椎疾患进入椎管的一个途径,从临床疗效、植骨愈合和恢复脊柱正常序列结构上都是一个良好的术式。Objective To observe the long-term results of lamina osteotomy replantation. Methods To follow up 36patients with lamina osteotomy replantation operation for over five years to observe clinical efficacy, and study clinical effect and healing ofreplantation in 12 patients by x-film and CT. Results Clinical efficacy： 28 cases as best, 6 for better, 2 for good; The healing of replantation ： i0 cases as healed, 2 cases as unhealed. Conclusions Lamina osteotomy replantation as a route to vertebai canal is a good operation mode to treat lumbar diseases in the aspects of clinical efficacy, healing of replantation and restoring of the normal lumbar structure.
