指针法与推拿治疗颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察指针法与推拿治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对30例符合纳入标准的患者采用手指点穴与推拿配合颈椎牵引进行治疗。治疗前后均进行颈椎功能评定。结果:治疗后颈椎功能评分(22.900±2.869)明显高于治疗前(13.900±1.709)P<0.001。结论:指针法与推拿配合颈椎牵引治疗颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy with finger and massage for the treatment of cervical syndrome. Methods： Thirty patients chosen by adoption standards were treated with acupuncture therapy with finger and massage combining with traction. We assessed the cervical vertebral function before and after treatment. Results： Score obtained from the post - treatment （22.900±2.869） was distinctly higher than that obtained from the pre - treatment （ 13.900±1.709） P〈0.001. Conclusions： The clinical efficacy of combination of acupuncture therapy with finger, massage and traction for the treatment of cervical syndrome was good.
