摘　　要：目的旨在探讨群体性急性光气中毒的特点与救治.方法通过对561例患者及65例抢救人员的发病时间、临床症状和胸部X线的改变进行综合临床分析.结果①中毒患者的潜伏期9～25 h.②出现接触光气后,无临床症状但胸部X线异常的患者--疑似中毒.③发现施救人员有二次染毒的可能.结论①群体性急性光气中毒的临床特点:接触当时刺激反应轻微,发病前潜伏期较长,肺水肿是迟发性的.②综合判断临床急性光气中毒轻重程度作出六级或六度的危险分层以供商榷.Objective To explore the characteristics and treatment of group acute phosgene intoxication. Methods Five hundred and sixty-one patients and 65 first-aid persons were studied with symptoms onset, clinical symptoms and chest X-ray. Results The latent period of poisoning was 9 to 25 hours. The persons exposed to phosgene and with abnormal chest X-ray should be suspected phosgene poisoning without clinical symptoms. The rescuers had the possibility of recontamination. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of group acute phosgene poisoning： the irritating response at the time of contact is slight, the latent period is long, pulmonary edema is delay. The degree of acute phosgene intoxication can be classified into six-grade or six-degree according to general clinical assessment.
