血清HA、PⅢNP、LN检测对肺纤维化的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PⅢNP)及层粘连蛋白(LN)在肺纤维化诊断中的意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定46例肺纤维化患者、30例肺炎患者、30例正常对照组血清中HA、PⅢNP、LN水平。结果肺纤维化患者血清中HA、PⅢNP、LN含量显著高于正常对照组及肺炎组(P<0.01和P<0.05);肺炎组与正常对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论检测血清HA、PⅢNP、LN水平,可作为肺纤维化较好的诊断指标。Objective T o explore the diagnostic significance of serum HA,P ⅢNP and LN in patients with pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The levels of serum HA,PⅢNP and LN in 46 patients with pulmonary fibrosis, 30 cases with pneumonia and 30 cases healthy people were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum HA, P ⅢNP and LN in patients with pulmonary fibrosis were significantly increased than those in pneumonia group and healthy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Co-detections of serum HA,PⅢNP and LN can be useful for diagnosing in pulmonary fibrosis.
