摘　　要：通过对底层框架-抗震墙砖房震害经验总结,结合设计实践,提出这类房屋抗震设计中平面布置原则、限制参数等,并就该结构体系对抗震墙、过度楼层等提出一些做法和建议。Through the conclusinon of the experience of the destroy of the bottom frame-seismic wall in brisk house in earthquake, this paper, combined with designing practice, proposes the principle of structure horizontal layout, the restrained parameter in this structure system, and in mean time puts forwrd some advises and methods about seismicwall and transition floor.
