摘　　要：本文分析了门式起重机的运行特点,详细闸述了交流变频调速技术用于1100t门式起重机时的电动机、变频器及其制动方式的选型原则和变频器周边设备的容量计算方法,概述了PLC在变频调速中的灵活应用,简述在变频器和PLC安装和布线中应注意的一些问题。This paper analyzes the operation characteristic of frame crane,and discuss selecting principle and calculation formulas of capacity which derive motor and frequency inverter and it＇s brake type and accessory of the AC variable frequency and speed regulation applied to the 1100t frame crane, and summarizes flexible application of PLC, installation and connection design with notices some problems which the control system of variable frequency and speed regulation.
