摘　　要：根据信息时代编辑工作特点、时代特征和实际需要,构建了编辑素质层次结构模型,指出了优化编辑人才素质结构的主要途径:通过在职攻读学位、参与科学研究、加强编辑工作实践、增强信息技术应用于编辑活动、加强外语学习等,提高编辑素质。On the basis of the characters of editorial work, age characters and actual demand in the information age, the paper has constructed editorial quality hierarchical structure model, and pointed out the major means of optimizing editorial personnel quality structure： to improve editorial quality through on-the-job degree study, participation in scientific research, strengthening editorial work practice, strengthening applying IT in editorial activities and strengthening foreign language study.
