摘　　要：国家标准《中国图书馆分类法》(四版)法律类目,与前几版法律类目相比较,其科学性、实用性均有所提高,但也有一些不足之处,需要在修订时加以完善。Comparing with the previous editions, the law classification based on the national standard, The Chinese Library classification （Fourth Edition） has been improved its scientific and practical characters, however there are still some short-comings （disadvantages）, which need be improve： It is essential to perfect it during its revision
